Powering the most successful supplier diverisity programs with over 20 years of experience and leadership.

Our Mission

Every year, businesses purchase over $10 trillion worth of goods and services from other businesses. We believe that all businesses should have an equal opportunity to participate in these transactions and participate in their economic benefits. Historically, small, and diverse businesses have struggled to get equal representation in B2B transactions. We believe supplier diversity can change that - and that is why we have created a network of buyers and suppliers to help companies find and engage more small and diverse businesses that foster the growth of local communities through job and wealth creation.

Supplier Diversity is a business strategy that encourages the use of diverse suppliers in the procurement of goods and services for any business or organization. Supplier Diversity emphasizes the creation of a diverse supply chain that ensures the inclusion of diverse groups in the procurement plans for government, not-for-profits, and private industry. Statistics show that companies who embrace diversity are more profitable than companies who don’t.
